Although our team specializes in athletically designated therapies, we do not limit our skill-sets exclusively to athletes and are more than happy to help and assist everyone in achieving their treatment goals.
Sports Massage at Tx consists of deep tissue manipulations and stretching combined with neural and joint mobilizations. The objective is to effectively treat muscular conditions and athletic injuries, as well as any general biomechanical dysfunctions or anatomical pathologies.
Physiotherapy treats functional limitations arising from injuries and diseases that affect muscles, joints, and bones, as well as the nervous (brain, nerves, spinal cord), respiratory (lungs), circulatory (blood vessels), and cardiac (heart) systems.
Athletic therapy involves the assessment of orthopaedic conditions alongside the treatment of physical dysfunctions caused by pain and/or injury through the usage of various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescriptions, prophylactic support/taping in order to help clients return to their daily activities or playing their sport.
